Famous artists and designers are featured in numerous architectures throughout Buffalo, including Frank Lloyd Wright and Frederick Law Olmsted. The general city planning was done by Joseph Ellicott, an American city planner, surveyor, lawyer, agent, and politician of the gothic Quaker faith.
Numerous attractive structures in Buffalo include the scenic Canalside neighborhood, the stunning modern KeyBank Center, the ancient building of the county hall and city hall, the Peace Bridge that connects Buffalo to Fort Erie in Ontario, and the famous tall building hosting the Buffalo City Hall.
