The seawater temperatures are at a warm 75°F (23.9°C), which makes them enticing to escape from the heat. Sunset occurs late in June and is beautiful in the background of the calm seawater. Midway Island has long days that last at least 14 hours with brilliant sunshine in June. Light and loose-fitting summer clothes are preferable in the warm conditions of the day.
